BLOK 4.2  Health System and Disaster
General Objectives:

  1. Understand the role and function of doctor as part of the health care system who cares to health problem of individuals, families and communities
  2. Understand the nature of disaster (both natural and man-made) and its impact toward health care, as well as be able to undertake required measures to anticipate and manage disasters.

Block 4.2 is divided into two modules and Six Weekly Themes. The modules and weekly themes are:       
(1)  Health System, and

Week 1:  The Concept of Health System
Week 2: Health Finance, Physician Payment
Week 3: Surveillance and Informatics
Week 4: Leadership and Communication

(2) Disaster Management

Week 5: Health Program in Disaster and Quality in Intervention
